SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the AI Receptionist SMS messaging program.
Program description
Customers who explicitly opt in may receive transactional text messages related to cleaning quotes, appointment confirmations, booking reminders, scheduling or service updates, and responses to customer questions.
How to opt in
Customers opt in by verbally agreeing during a phone call after being informed that they may receive service-related text messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided and agree to receive automated text messages from AI Receptionist at that number.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. AI Receptionist does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will not receive additional messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers
Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or devices.
Privacy
Your participation is governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
